I am Sizeka Masikana Bashe- Gwazela my current role is Clinical Standards Manager. I am holding Diploma in General Nursing Science, graduated in 2004, Nirmart certificate on HIV and Aids management 2013- 2014, and Front-line management certificate with Life HealthCare College 2014- 2015. I worked as a Registered nurse in Paediatric ward for 5 years 2004 to 2012, then 2013 to 2017 worked as Paediatric Unit Manager. My current role is Nursing Standards Manager which is now the Clinical standards Manager since 2018. Ensuring patient safety and quality of care, by overseeing the implementation of evidence- based practice, monitoring patient outcome, and assuring adherence to professional standards. Providing training and mentorship to nursing staff, supporting continuing in education opportunity and encouraging professional growth. Receiving and recording complaints, communicating with customers, acknowledged and investigate all complaints. Handling and resolve customer complaints within an organization, aiming to improve service quality and customer satisfaction- this involves investigation complaints, communication with customers and working with relevant departments to find solutions and prevent future issues with internal policies related to complaint handling.
