Noluvo Gxasheka is a qualified pharmacist who has been serving at St Mary’s Hospital since 2020, following the completion of her community service. She has grown within the facility, gaining extensive experience in both clinical and operational pharmacy roles. In January 2025, she was appointed as the Pharmacy Manager at Crestcare St Mary’s Hospital. In her current role, Noluvo oversees the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, maintaining stock efficiency, and leading a dedicated team of pharmacists and pharmacy support staff. She has played an active role in antimicrobial stewardship initiatives and is passionate about improving medication safety and patient outcomes through structured pharmacy systems. Noluvo holds a Bachelor of Pharmacy degree from Rhodes University and remains committed to ongoing professional development and excellence in hospital pharmacy practice. Her leadership is guided by a strong sense of responsibility, integrity, and a patient-centered approach.
