Dr Tshamiswe is a specialist paediatrician and the founder of Urangani Neurodevelopment Inc. Her dedication to the field of neurodevelopment inspired her to establish the first paediatrician-led neurodevelopment clinic in Limpopo.

Dr Tshamiswe is dedicated to helping children achieve their full potential and supporting families through expert advice grounded in recent scientific evidence. Through her parental coaching sessions, she assists families in overcoming parenting challenges that arise as children and families evolve. She has been recognised internationally for her resilience at the Women in Medicine Summit 2022 and received the Spirit of Medicine Award from the Limpopo Independent Practitioner in 2024.
