Dr Monique du Toit completed her undergraduate medical degree at the University of Pretoria. Once an independent practitioner, she completed a Diploma in Anaesthesia but explored different aspects of medicine including general practice and emergency departments before returning to anesthetic practice full time. She enjoys interacting with patients and relieving the anxiety surrounding their procedures in a new or unfamiliar environment. As a member of the Malmesbury community since 2021 she is passionate about this new hospital and what it will mean for the upliftment of the town. She believes in the team at Swartland Narkose and is excited to serve her community with excellent medical care.
